Life is difficult!  Everyone has issues!  Sometimes these issues prevent us from living happy, productive and rich lives….I can help you change that.

I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) with a certificate of advanced studies in Trauma, Abuse and Deprivation. 

Every person is created unique and gifted with creativity and passion. I would love to be a part of your transformation and journey into this world of opportunity. Creating a safe and peaceful space, full of trust, is my goal. for you to be comfortable and feel worthy as you are beginning the healing process.

Since 2011, my background includes Trauma Therapist and Clinical Director of the Calvary Treatment Center in Phoenix, where I have worked with and helped hundreds of women and men with addiction problems caused by underlying issues.  Getting to the core of your issues (Trauma) is what I do best.  (I have also worked with Combat Veterans at the VA Veterans Center) 

Certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Advanced Training in ART  (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Sandtray Therapy and many other neural science-based Therapies.  And of course, CBT (cognitive behavior therapy). 

Our brains heal themselves naturally, just like when you cut your finger, it will heal itself.  We just jump start the brain so it can start processing out old memories and reprocessing them into new more healthy solutions, and you do not have to re-traumatize yourself by retelling your story over and over.  Our mind, body and spirit evolve and heals in union with each other. 

Additionally, I am a Therapist to other Therapists.  Certified Supervisor that assists other therapists in obtaining their independent licensing, thus being part of their transformation journey.  

As people, we need one another, and I learn from each person I come in contact with.
